Terms and Conditions

Refunds : I do not accept returns or process refunds on custom orders. You have 48 hours from delivery to contact me of any issues. Please contact me if you have any questions or issues with your order and we will get it resolved! 

Shipping: Shipping is done through USPS and UPS. Orders over $75 ship free. Once an item is shipped I have no control over how long it takes to get to you. Please order far enough ahead of time so you received your items when needed. Once a label has been created, your package has shipped that day or the next business day. I do not print shipping labels ahead of time or hold packages for any reason. If tracking still shows "label created" I promise I have shipped the package.

Shipping damages: I offer Route insurance at checkout. Please purchase as needed in case your package gets lost or damaged for a quick and easy refund or replacement. I am not able to replace or refund unless Route Insurance is purchased.

Privacy : I will not share your information with anyone. Your account info is for ease of contact. Also my way to thank you with rewards. 

Turn-around-time: TAT is 10 business day. I will contact you if there is any reason your order will go over TAT.
